This person will be responsible for assisting in executing fire prevention and fighting services, pre-hospital emergency and urgency assistance, rescue, search and rescue of people and property, helping in providing services for drowning prevention, environmental protection services in emergencies involving hazardous products, and risk and disaster management.
Main Requirements for Participation in the Firefighters Public Tender
In addition to the required education for the firefighters tender, all positions still require criteria such as a minimum age of 18 years on the date of incorporation into the position and a maximum age of 35 years until the end of the application period.
It is also necessary to have, barefoot, a minimum height of 1.67 m for male candidates and 1.57 m for female candidates, with weight proportional to height, and to present a valid National Driver’s License (CNH) in category B.

Know How to Register for the Firefighters Public Tender
Applications for the firefighters tender will be accepted until March 21, 2025, exclusively online, through the SIESMT website. No participation fees will be charged. It will be necessary to fill out a form using information such as Full Name, CPF, RG, Work Card, Education, Date of Birth, Gender, Phone, among others.
The firefighters selection process will consist of two stages, with the first stage comprising four phases:
- Evaluation of titles and professional experience;
- Physical fitness test – TAF;
- Medical-dental exams; and
- Social and documentary investigation.
The second stage of the public firefighters tender will consist of a basic course for temporary soldiers, under the responsibility of the teaching, instruction, and research department of the Military Fire Department of MT. It is worth mentioning that the salaries are R$ 3,602.23 for nursing technicians and R$ 6,003.71 for nurses, plus a meal allowance of R$ 486.14.
