Requirements Required by Bosch

To apply for the internship positions, you must be enrolled in a higher education course, technological course, or postgraduate program, with an expected graduation date between July 2027 and December 2029.

Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, is also required.

Familiarity with Power BI will be considered a differentiator, as well as proficiency in a foreign language, especially English, at a basic or intermediate level.

In addition, candidates must be available to intern in person in Campinas-SP, with a minimum workload of two days per week, which can increase to five days per week, according to the chosen model.

Areas of Action for Interns at Bosch

The internship positions at Bosch are available in various areas, allowing interns to develop their skills and delve into their areas of interest. The main areas of action are:

Technology Areas: Positions aimed at courses such as Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, and other IT-related courses.

Administrative Areas: For courses such as Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting, Psychology, Social Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, Human Resources Management, among others.

Technical Areas in Engineering: Students in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, and other related courses may also apply for internship positions.

Location and Working Hours

Interns who secure the internship positions at Bosch will work in Campinas-SP, in one of the two shifts offered by the company.

The first shift runs from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, while the second shift will be from Monday to Thursday from 10:15 AM to 5:15 PM and on Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

It is important for candidates to check their schedules before applying, as the hours are not flexible.

Interns will have the chance to work on significant projects, under the guidance of experienced professionals, gaining valuable knowledge for their future careers.

The selection process will be conducted in several stages. The first stage consists of an initial questionnaire, followed by an informative live session with HR, a group dynamics exercise, and an interview with the hiring managers. The internship is expected to start in May 2025.
