Home Office Jobs Boosted The Economy

In a study conducted by experts, more than half of the respondents believe that home office job openings have led to salary increases and productivity gains due to the more flexible nature of this type of work.

In Brazil, the percentage is the same as the global index for salary increases (58%), productivity growth (56%), and flexibility (53%).

Moreover, many professionals have been able to increase their savings while working in the home office mode. The research was conducted by Deel, a startup focused on contract and international payment management, in partnership with Momentive, a solutions company for business leaders, and involved 700 participants from 86 countries.

According to the survey, 76% of participants say that remote work has developed a better balance between professional and personal life. For 35%, it was possible to find the desired job remotely; in this case, the percentage among men is 38%, while among women it is 30%.
