BRK Ambiental is now accepting applications for its first Trainee program, BRK Transformadores 2022, with job openings for residents of Paço do Lumiar and São José de Ribamar, in Maranhão. The company’s Trainee program, aimed at students from Maranhão, offers positions in finance, commercial, operations, engineering, and new business sectors.

Prerequisites Proposed by BRK Ambiental for Trainee Positions

The program will last 18 months and aims to develop leaders in the sanitation sector and specialists for critical business positions. Throughout these 18 months, those approved by BRK Ambiental in Maranhão will have the opportunity to explore various sectors of the company and will complete the program with an expanded view of its business.

The development program for those accepted into the Trainee program includes formal training, close supervision by the HR department, and mentoring sessions, ensuring that by the end of BRK Ambiental’s program, the Trainee has developed leadership skills and new essential skills for the sector.
