Chery, one of the fastest-growing Chinese automakers in international markets, has just officially launched the Chery Fulwin A8, a new hybrid sedan that combines performance, extended range, and a highly competitive price. The model initially arrives in the Chinese market with a highlight on its average consumption of 22 km per liter and an impressive total range of up to 1,400 km — characteristics that draw attention even compared to established models like the BYD King. With a starting price of US$ 11,100, equivalent to R$ 62,000, the new sedan from Chery costs less than the cheapest car currently sold in Brazil, the Renault Kwid. However, there is an important detail: the model will be sold exclusively in China for now.
