The New Chevrolet Spin 2025 Is Spotted Transporting, Expected to Arrive in March, Equipped with a Naturally Aspirated Engine of 111 Horsepower, Promising Leadership in the Segment.

The production of the New Chevrolet Spin 2025 is already underway at the São Caetano do Sul factory. Although distribution has not yet begun, the model was spotted being transported on a car carrier, leaving the ABC plant in São Paulo with eight units on board. Currently, GM is gradually ramping up production of the naturally aspirated engine model with the goal of accumulating a significant stock in the brand’s yards in the ABC region.

The Chevrolet Spin 2025 will be treated as a new generation, despite being more of a deep restyling. The model will keep the platform and the 1.8 engine, betting on a design that is more similar to the latest releases and a more complete technology package.

The design was revealed by the company at the beginning of last month, showing not only the new look but also some of the equipment that will be in the minivan. The photo shows the Chevrolet Spin in two versions, which we can note by the different wheel designs.

Given the size, it is possible that they are the LTZ and Premier configurations, the most equipped ones. All have the same plastic finish on the side skirts, which would normally be found in the Activ variant with a more adventurous touch.

The new design of the Chevrolet Spin 2025, equipped with a naturally aspirated engine, uses a variation of the split headlights scheme, this time creating this sensation due to its shape, even though it is still a single piece.

There will be a thin LED line at the top, along with a slim air intake below the hood. Instead of positioning the main lights lower, as in the Montana, the automaker preferred to keep them higher and placed a fake air passage on the bumper.

New Chevrolet Spin 2025 May Deliver 111 Horsepower

Images of the interior of the model with a naturally aspirated engine reveal that it will be the first Brazilian car from the brand to have a digital instrument panel, a feature that was expected in the Montana but did not arrive. The brand has not yet disclosed the size, however, it appears to be around 8 inches. It is not expected to be standard, equipping only the more expensive versions. Right next to it will be the multimedia center, which is expected to bring a new generation of the MyLink system.

With a few more weeks until launch, GM will have plenty of time to disclose more information about the Chevrolet Spin 2025. They have not yet revealed what its engine will be, although everything points to the maintenance of the 1.8 Ecotec, naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine, which currently delivers 111 horsepower at 5,200 rpm and 17.7 kgfm of torque at 2,600 rpm.

This engine is expected to receive a new adjustment to meet the Proconve L8 emission and noise rules, which will come into effect in 2025. Previous sightings showed that it will maintain an option with a 6-speed manual transmission, while the rest of the lineup will have the automatic box, also with 6 positions.

Chevrolet Announces Billion-Dollar Investment in the Brazilian Market

The Chevrolet Spin 2025 with a naturally aspirated engine will be the first of six launches that the brand promised for Brazil throughout this year. At the end of January, the company announced an investment of R$ 7 billion to renew the entire line sold in the country, in addition to bringing new imported models like the Blazer EV and Equinox EV.

For this semester, the arrival of the restyling for the S10 pickup and the Trailblazer SUV is still expected, both manufactured in São José dos Campos (SP) and which have been undergoing tests for months.
