The program reserves 20% of the spots for beneficiaries of social programs from Sedes (Department of Social Development) and another 20% for beneficiaries of social programs assisted by Sejus (Department of Justice and Citizenship).
The remaining 60% will be allocated to beneficiaries of the Professional Training Project assisted by Detran, such as delivery riders, public transport drivers, app drivers, school transport, driving instructors, and taxi drivers, for example.

There will be 3,000 spots for the Enabled Student modality and 2,000 for the Enabled Citizen modality in the Federal District.
Requirements – Enabled Student: be between 18 and 25 years old, be registered as a holder or dependent in the Unified Registry for Federal Government Social Programs (CadÚnico), have been residing in the Federal District for at least two years, be currently enrolled or have completed three years of high school in a public school or as a full scholarship student in private institutions, be registered for the National High School Exam (Enem), and have not suffered penalties resulting from serious or very serious traffic violations in the 12 months prior to registration, or not have reoffended in the last 12 months for medium violations, among other criteria.
Requirements – Enabled Citizen: be over 18 years old, be registered as a holder or dependent in CadÚnico, be able to read and write, be criminally liable, have been residing in the Federal District for at least two years; not have suffered penalties resulting from serious or very serious traffic violations in the 12 months prior to registration in the Social Driver’s License Program, or not have reoffended in the last 12 months for medium violations, and have registration in the National Register of Individuals (CPF) and an identity card or equivalent.
Result
The final list of registered, selected, and classified candidates for the program will be published exclusively electronically on the Detran Services Portal. After publication, candidates in the Driver’s License Process will have 15 days to complete online registration and, once registered, another 15 days to open the National Register of Drivers (Renach). If these deadlines are not met, the right to the benefit will be lost.
Registration
Registrations for the program will be held from February 15 to March 16, 2021, exclusively through the Detran Services Portal – DF, at this link.
When accessing the portal to register, the candidate must select the desired modality: enabled student or enabled citizen. Then, they must enter the CPF, date of birth, candidate’s name, mother’s name, gender, email, phone, and other requested data according to the chosen modality.
