A 13-Year-Old Joins the Club of Geniuses with an IQ Higher Than Einstein. Meet the Story of the Young Prodigy and Her Passion for Technology and Science.

Imagine being just 13 years old and already among the most intelligent people on the planet. This is the reality of Sofia Kot Arcuri, a young girl who joined the club of geniuses after registering an IQ of 162, surpassing even Albert Einstein.

The achievement, which garnered international attention, places the teenager in the spotlight in the scientific and academic world.

What impresses is that, in addition to her high IQ, she shows a genuine interest in programming and computer science, demonstrating that her talent goes far beyond numbers.

Talent in the Family

The family environment played a fundamental role in the young girl’s upbringing. Her grandfather, Antonio Kot, a mathematician and professor in Poland, was a reference of dedication and intellectual curiosity until the age of 86.

Her mother, Cecylia, recalls that her daughter has always had an aptitude for learning and solving complex problems:

“In elementary school, she was the best in her class,” said Cecylia, the girl’s mother.

This early encouragement and the companionship of a familial mentor contributed to the development of an extraordinary mind and a passion for knowledge.

Overcoming Challenges Without Losing Childhood

Despite her genius, the 13-year-old maintains a routine similar to any other young person.

She studies, spends time with friends, and participates in social activities. According to her mother:

“She has many friends, is cheerful, and loved by everyone.”

This balance between intelligence and social life is considered essential by specialists for the healthy development of prodigies.

Joining the Club of Geniuses

Mensa, known internationally as the club of geniuses, evaluates candidates based on their IQ, accepting only the most talented.

The teenager took the test in January 2025 and, months later, received confirmation of her score.

She stood out among thousands of candidates, gaining global recognition.

Mensa offers unique opportunities for learning, networking, and intellectual challenges, allowing the 13-year-old to further develop her skills.

Curiosity and Creativity: The First Signs

The passion for technology had already manifested early on. Her mother shares an episode that reveals her ability to solve problems creatively:

“One day, she came home and said: ‘there was a bug that even the teacher didn’t know how to fix, and I did!’”

Moments like this show that her talent is not limited to formal tests but extends to practical life and active learning.

An Example for Young People

The story of this 13-year-old serves as inspiration for children and teenagers.

She shows that genius can be cultivated with curiosity, dedication, and family support.

Joining the club of geniuses is just the beginning of a journey that promises to influence not only science but also other young people who wish to explore their potential to the fullest.
