Knowledge of the UGF Customer Journey;

Experience with the SGU system;

Familiarity with Agile Methodologies;

Customer service skills;

Knowledge of relational databases;

Technical English;

Understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language);

Basic knowledge of Operating Systems;

Understanding of specific systemic processes by business group;

Good writing skills;

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems.
