Trainee Positions Are Offered by Bayer’s “Black Leadership” Trainee Program Aimed at Qualifying Recent Graduates
Bayer, a German company operating in the health and agriculture sectors, has opened applications for the second edition of its exclusive Trainee Program for Black individuals. In this new edition, Bayer’s Trainee Program will offer 33 available positions in the cities of São Paulo (SP), Belford Roxo (RJ), São José dos Campos (SP), and Uberlândia (MG).
Who Can Participate in Bayer’s Trainee Program
Those interested in participating in Bayer’s trainee program must be Black professionals, students in their final semester of higher education or postgraduate studies, with a degree (bachelor’s or technological) between December 2019 and December 2022, and postgraduate studies completed also between December 2019 and December 2022.
Bayer does not require a specific degree, as the company is looking for diverse professionals from varied educational backgrounds. The salary offered by Bayer is R$ 7,200.

Focusing on qualification and digital transformation for public management, the city council of Recife is offering 20 positions in its Talents Trainee Program. The trainee positions offer a monthly stipend of R$ 4,500, postgraduate studies in public management with an emphasis on innovation accredited by the Instituto Singularidades, digital transformation, and socio-emotional skills, alongside mentoring, with individual and group meetings.
Prerequisites for the Trainee Qualification Positions
Among the prerequisites to participate in the city council of Recife’s trainee program are:
Being Brazilian or a naturalized Brazilian;
Being at least 18 years old;
Not having first-degree relatives on the internal team of Vetor Brasil;
Residing or being available to move to Recife;
Having a complete degree from higher education institutions recognized by the MEC;

Applications for the Qualification Trainee Positions
Those interested in participating in the trainee positions for qualification must register by October 4th, on the Vetor Brasil website. Selected candidates for the trainee positions will undergo eight selection stages, including online tests, group dynamics, and competency-based interviews.
Candidates approved in all stages will be allocated to the Recife City Hall for a period of 23 months, in projects focused on process innovation and digital transformation and their qualification.
