The multinational health and wellness company, Johnson & Johnson, has opened applications for its 2023 Internship Program. The opportunities are for students from any undergraduate program, including Bachelor’s, Licensure, or Technology degrees, with an expected graduation date between December 2023 and December 2024.
In this edition, Johnson & Johnson has made several openings available in 3 different sectors within the organization: Supply Chain, Business, and Corporate Areas. As in the last two editions, this year the company does not require candidates to have English proficiency for all positions, thus interns will be assigned according to their level of knowledge of the language.
The Johnson & Johnson Internship Program 2023 will last one year and is scheduled to begin in January 2023. Interested candidates must be available to intern for 6 hours daily, five days a week, totaling 30 hours per week.

Supply Chain: The structure responsible for the operation of Johnson & Johnson’s supply chain, responsible for delivering products to consumers and clients. This includes but is not limited to planning, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and logistics, among other areas.
Business: Marketing, Market Intelligence, Commercial, Research and Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and many others are some of the departments responsible for market positioning strategy, product introductions, and support for business decisions.
Corporate Areas: These are the partner areas of Johnson & Johnson’s business that support the entire operation. It encompasses Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Procurement, Compliance, and External Relations.
Who Can Participate in the Johnson & Johnson Internship Program 2023
The Johnson & Johnson internship program 2023 is open to students who expect to complete their Bachelor’s, Licensure, or Technology degree between December 2023 and December 2024. Additionally, candidates must be aware that they need to be available to intern 30 hours a week in person at the chosen location, which includes the following.
- São Paulo – SP
- Guarulhos – SP
- São José dos Campos – SP
Opportunities can be found in various fields of study, including Human Sciences, Exact Sciences, Biological Sciences, and Health Sciences. Any undergraduate program is acceptable. Here is a complete list of the basic requirements to participate:
- Must be enrolled and attending an undergraduate program (Bachelor’s, Licensure, or Technology);
- Expected graduation between Dec/23 and Dec/24;
- Available to intern for 6 hours daily, totaling 30 hours per week;
- Available to travel and relocate to intern in person at the chosen location, which can be São Paulo, Guarulhos, or São José dos Campos in the state of São Paulo;
- Available to start the internship in January 2023.
