Refurbishment And Modernization Project For Support Vessels Has A Series Of Benefits For The Maritime Transport Sector, Confirms Green Yard Kleven
The hiring of the Norwegian shipyard Green Yard Kleven for the refurbishment and modernization works of the support vessels will guarantee a series of benefits for the offshore oil and gas production market in Brazil.
Among them, the main one is the reuse of existing materials in the vessel, thus ensuring a reduction in the consumption of products and a consequent decrease in costs, as well as, of course, contributing to the global environmental agenda, as less waste will be sent to the environment.
Additionally, the Retrofit Sales Manager of Green Yard Kleven, Karl Johan Barstad, commented that the reduction of costs and waste production in the refurbishment of support vessels with Green Yard Kleven will not compromise the quality of the services provided by the vessels, thus ensuring only positive outcomes for Oceânica in the national offshore market.
