Registrations for the public contest of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Amazonas (ALEAM) start on September 10, 2025, and run until October 13, 2025, both online and in person in Manaus.
The selection process, organized by the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), offers 100 immediate positions, with 60 for higher education and 40 for secondary education, in addition to 263 positions for reserve registration.
The exams are scheduled for December 14, 2025, in two shifts.

The ALEAM contest generates great expectation because the last contest of the Legislative House occurred over a decade ago, in 2011, and there have been no new opportunities since then.
The current opening aims to strengthen the staff and meet the growing demands of the institution.
How to Register for the ALEAM Contest
Interested candidates may register on the FGV website or in person at the Legislative School Senator José Lindoso, in Manaus, from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 2 PM.
The deadline ends on October 13, 2025.
The registration fees vary according to the position:
Legislative Agent (Secondary Education): R$ 82;
Legislative Analyst (Higher Education): R$ 110;
Legal Advisor: R$ 180;
Control Analyst: R$ 230;
Prosecutor: R$ 285.
The announcement provides fee exemptions for candidates in vulnerable situations, such as unemployed individuals, blood donors, breastfeeding or organ donors, as well as people with disabilities and those who have served in the Electoral Justice or participated in the Jury Court.

Among the highlights of the announcement are positions for higher and secondary education, with salaries ranging from R$ 3,346.76 to R$ 30,187.52, plus a food allowance of R$ 1,500.00. Check out some examples:

Requirement: Higher education in Medicine and registration with CRM;
Workload: 20 hours per week;
Duties: Perform medical exams, issue diagnoses, prescribe medications, and apply preventive or therapeutic medical resources;
Salary: R$ 4,462.35 + R$ 1,500.00.
Legislative Analyst – Dentist
Requirement: Higher education in Dentistry and registration with the competent council;
Workload: 20 hours per week;
Duties: Diagnose and treat oral and maxillofacial conditions, as well as provide guidance on oral health;
Salary: R$ 4,462.35 + R$ 1,500.00.
Legislative Analyst – Pedagogue
Requirement: Higher education in Pedagogy and registration with the competent council;
Workload: 30 hours per week;
Duties: Plan and execute pedagogical projects aimed at the Assembly;
Salary: R$ 4,462.35 + R$ 1,500.00.
Legislative Analyst – Psychologist
Requirement: Higher education in Psychology and registration with the competent council;
Workload: 20 hours per week;
Duties: Evaluate human behavior mechanisms and apply orientation and therapy techniques;
Salary: R$ 4,462.35 + R$ 1,500.00.
Legislative Analyst – Programmer
Requirement: Higher education in Computer Science or related fields;
Workload: 30 hours per week;
Duties: Develop and maintain systems, databases, and technological applications for ALEAM;
Salary: R$ 4,462.35 + R$ 1,500.00.
Legislative Analyst – Writer
Requirement: Higher education in Languages and registration with the competent council;
Workload: 30 hours per week;
Duties: Produce official and legislative writing, in addition to text editing;
Salary: R$ 4,462.35 + R$ 1,500.00.
Legislative Agent – Technical Administrative Assistant
Requirement: Completed secondary education;
Workload: 30 hours per week;
Duties: Administrative support, public service, and assistance in personnel, budget, and finance areas;
Salary: R$ 3,346.76 + R$ 1,500.00.
Legislative Agent – TV ALE (Cameraman, Image Producer, Editor, and Photographer)
Requirement: Completed secondary education and a minimum of 2 years of experience (as per the announcement)
Workload: 30 hours per week;
Duties: Produce visual content, capture images, and edit journalistic materials;
Salary: R$ 3,346.76 + R$ 1,500.00;
Legislative Agent – IT and Audiovisual Technician
Requirement: Completed secondary education and a technical course in IT, audiovisual, or telecommunications;
Workload: 30 hours per week;
Duties: Operate, install, and maintain computer systems, networks, and audiovisual production;
Salary: R$ 3,346.76 + R$ 1,500.00.
Organizing Committee of the ALEAM Contest
The Legislative Assembly of the State of Amazonas appointed a special committee to oversee the process. The presidency was assigned to Sara Oliveira Cervantes, from the ALEAM Personnel Prosecutor’s Office.
Also included in the group are Elielson Silva de Lima (vice president), Robson Togni (Human Resources Director), as well as employees Rosemeire Braga and Fábio Nascimento.
