Announcement Released Brings Stability, High Salaries, and Exams Scheduled for October
The competition of the Brazilian Agency for the Support of SUS Management (AgSUS) is open for applications.
Published on July 26, 2025, the announcement confirms 130 immediate vacancies.
In addition, there will be a formation of a reserve list.
Salaries can reach R$16,663.50.
Exams are scheduled for October 12.
All positions are for work in Brasília.
The responsible organization is the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
Positions, Vacancies, and Confirmed Salaries
The competition offers vacancies for the positions of Management Assistant, at the secondary level, and Management Analyst, requiring a higher education degree.
There are reserved vacancies for candidates with disabilities, Black individuals, Indigenous people, and Quilombolas.
Salaries range between R$4,000 and R$16,663.50, depending on the position.
All selected candidates will receive transportation voucher, meal voucher, and health plan.
The workload will be 40 hours a week.

The available positions include:
- Management Assistant: 24 vacancies
- Management Analyst: 106 vacancies distributed among areas such as Administration, Public Health, Psychology, Law, Engineering, IT, Architecture, Communication, and others.
Applications Open Until August
Applications are open from July 28 to August 25, exclusively through the FGV website.
The fee is R$70 for secondary level and R$120 for higher education level.
Candidates from the CadÚnico can request an exemption between July 28 and 30.
The fee must be paid by August 26.
Each candidate can apply for only one position.

Exams Will Take Place in October
The application of the objective tests will be on October 12, 2025, from 13:30 to 17:30, in Brasília.
The exam will have 70 questions, divided between General Knowledge and Specific Knowledge.
For higher education positions, there will be a classified evaluation of professional experience.
The subjects included are:
- Portuguese Language
- Logical Reasoning
- Legislation
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Specific Knowledge of the area
Validity of the Competition and Participation Criteria
The competition will be valid for two years, extendable for an equal period.
This period increases the chances of being called, including for the reserve list.
To participate, it is necessary to:
- Be 18 years old or older
- Be in compliance with electoral and military obligations
- Have the required education for the position
- Meet all criteria of the announcement
Hiring will be under the CLT regime, for an indefinite period.
