Fiocruz Competition Was Authorized and The Notice Will Be Published This Year. There Will Be 300 Positions Offered in The Fiocruz 2023 Competition with Salaries Up to R$ 9 Thousand.

The new Fiocruz Competition will have a notice published this year. The expectation is that 300 positions will be made available for the roles of Public Health Researcher, Health Management Analyst, and Public Health Technologist. The public competition notices will be separated by position.

The Public Health Researcher is responsible for using biostatistics, epidemiology, and other analysis methods to evaluate the transmission of diseases or study specific pathogens. For this position, those approved in the Fiocruz competition will receive salaries of up to R$ 8,487.50.

Health Management Analyst

The Health Management Analyst will be responsible for producing technical documents, management reports, and analyses on administrative and health assistance issues. These documents provide essential information to support decision-making and management.

Find Out How The Last Fiocruz Competition Went

The last Fiocruz Foundation competition for the position of Technical Assistant in Health Management consisted of only one stage, which was the objective exam. The exam included 60 multiple-choice questions. The subjects covered were Portuguese Language, Specific Knowledge of the Profile, and Logical Reasoning.

For the positions of Specialist in Science, Technology, Production, and Innovation in Public Health and Public Health Researcher, candidates underwent three stages, which were the Written Test, Evaluation of Titles and Resumes, and Presentation of Professional Action Project and Defense of Memorial.

Finally, candidates registered for the position of Public Health Technician in the Fiocruz competition were evaluated through an Objective Test and a Practical Test. The objective test consisted of 60 multiple-choice questions covering subjects such as Portuguese Language, Logical Reasoning, and Specific Knowledge of the Profile.

Federal Government Will Open 13 Thousand Positions in Public Competitions

In June of this year, the Federal Government announced the authorization for new public competitions. According to Esther Dweck, there will be 4,436 in 20 ministries, totaling over 13 thousand positions.

The minister claims that the Union Budget will have an impact of R$ 735 million annually after the hiring.

The ministry with the most positions is the Ministry of Labor, with 900 opportunities for labor tax auditors. See below a list of the main competitions:
