A total of 10 immediate positions are offered, distributed among 7 for male candidates, 2 positions for female candidates, and 1 position aimed at people with disabilities (PcD). In addition to the immediate vacancies, the selection process will create a Reserve Register (CR), aimed at filling future opportunities that may arise.
According to information provided by the Secretary of Security, Alexandre de Sousa, there are currently 24 vacant positions in the Guard Municipal. Thus, the expectation is that these vacancies will be filled with those approved in this selection process, making it more attractive to candidates.
It is important to mention that female candidates in the Guard Municipal contest will compete without a maximum percentage of vacancies established. However, the GM respects the minimum quota of 20% for the female staff, promoting equality of opportunities and diversity in its workforce.
How to Register for the Guard Municipal Contest?
The registration period will begin at 4 PM on October 10 and will extend until 4 PM on November 19, 2024.
Registrations for the selection process of the Guard Municipal of Palhoça, in Santa Catarina, must be made exclusively online at the website of the Foundation for Studies and Socioeconomic Research (FEPESE), the organizing bank.
To register for the Guard Municipal contest, candidates need to pay the registration fee of R$ 150. The bank slip can be paid at any bank branch, self-service post, home banking, or preferably at Caixa Econômica Federal, following the deadline set by the establishment for transactions.
It is worth mentioning that those who meet the specific conditions of the notice may request a waiver of the registration fee. The period for submitting requests will take place between October 10 and 21.
Salaries and Benefits of the Approved
The initial remuneration offered can reach significant amounts when additional benefits are added. According to the notice, the base salary is R$ 3,331.75, plus a food allowance of R$ 947.04, and a life risk bonus corresponding to 40% of the base salary, totaling R$ 1,332.70.
The selection process will consist of various eliminatory and classificatory phases. The written and objective test is scheduled for December 15, 2024. The test locations will be announced on the contest’s website on December 11, 2024.
The TAF will be applied on January 25 and 26, 2025, at locations and times that will be specified in the Call for Registration, which will be published on January 16, 2025, on the contest website. Other stages consist of psychological evaluation, health examination, social investigation, and training course.
