ANTT Plans to Open Hundreds of Positions in Its Public Competition for High School and Higher Education Candidates. Salaries Can Reach R$ 15 Thousand, Plus Various Benefits.
According to information, a new authorization request for the public competition from the National Agency for Land Transportation (ANTT) has been sent to Esther Dweck, Minister of Management and Innovation in Public Services, on the 31st of last month. The request is exactly for the same positions and vacancies as the last request, submitted last year.
ANTT Public Competition Aims to Fill 362 Vacancies
According to the agency, last year 18 employees were dismissed, and only at the beginning of this year, two more vacancies arose. Thus, ANTT plans to fill 362 vacancies, with 264 for positions that require high school education and 98 for higher education, with starting salaries of up to R$ 15,516.12. For high school positions, the distribution is as follows:
Regulatory Technician (226)
Responsible for providing specialized technical support and assistance to regulatory, oversight, and inspection activities. In addition to controlling the provision of public land transportation services, including infrastructure, as well as implementing policies and conducting studies and research related to these activities.

Responsible for specialized activities in regulation, oversight, inspection, and control of the provision of public land transportation services, including infrastructure, as well as implementing policies and conducting studies and research related to these activities.
Salaries Offered to Those Approved by ANTT Public Competition
The starting salaries for administrative technician positions are R$ 7,474.67 and R$ 7,846.37 for regulatory technicians, a position that, in addition to education, also requires a specific technical course. For higher education positions, the starting salaries for those approved in the ANTT Public Competition are R$ 14,265.57 for analysts and R$ 15,516.12 for specialists, also considering the meal allowance of R$ 458.
The last public competition for ANTT took place in 2013, and the previous one occurred in 2008, where 355 positions were made available under the organization of NCE, while the second offered 135 positions and had Cespe/UnB as the organizing body, now known as Cebraspe.
The selection processes included the stages of objective tests, essay tests, written exams, title verification, and training courses. It is important to remember that the essay was only applied in the 2008 selection. The 2013 ANTT public competition only had vacancies for the Federal District, Rondônia, Roraima, and Acre.
In the 2008 competition, besides these regions, several other locations such as São Paulo, Sergipe, Rio de Janeiro, Pará, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Paraná, Goiás, Ceará, Paraíba, Amapá, Amazonas, Alagoas, Rio Grande do Norte, Tocantins, Bahia, Rio Grande do Sul, Maranhão, Piauí, and Espírito Santo also had vacancies.
