Last Friday (3), the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo (TJ SP) announced the opening of registrations for a new Public Contest, focusing on filling hundreds of vacancies. In total, there are 400 openings in the high school level contest for the position of judicial technical clerk, linked to the Capital Court. The opportunities target candidates who meet the requirements specified in the announcement.
Requirements to Participate in the TJ-SP Contest
Those interested in competing for the public contest vacancies must be at least 18 years old, have completed high school, be a natural born or naturalized Brazilian, be up to date with electoral obligations, military service, not have been convicted of a crime against property or for acts of improbity provided by law, have completed high school, possess physical and mental health to carry out the activities, among others.
For the hired professionals, the offered salary corresponds to R$ 5,480 for a work schedule of 40 hours per week to perform the functions of the position.

The Judicial Technical Clerk is responsible for executing activities related to the organization of services associated with administrative and technical support functions for the courts, as well as attending to internal and external public, controlling the storage of office materials, advancing judicial and administrative processes, staying updated on relevant legislation to the area of operation and internal norms, among others.
Of the total of 400 vacancies, the breakdown of opportunities is 300 for the general public, 80 for black candidates, and 20 for People with Disabilities (PWD).
Registrations and Selection Process for the High School TJ-SP Contest
Those interested must register from February 17 until 4 PM on March 28 of this year, exclusively online, at the Vunesp Foundation website.
The registration fee costs R$ 81.00, but those who meet the announcement requirements can request an exemption from the fee between February 17 and 24.
In the selection process for the TJ SP contest, registered candidates with high school education will be evaluated in two stages, with the first being an objective test scheduled for May 28, and the second consisting of a practical test.

It is important to note that the written test consists of 100 multiple choice questions, with five answer alternatives, distributed among the program contents of Portuguese language, current affairs, legal knowledge, computer science, mathematics, and logical reasoning. The high school contest will be valid for one year from the date of homologation, extendable for an equal period at the discretion of the Court of Justice.
Approved Candidates in the Public Contest Will Receive Various Benefits
The Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo offers an initial salary of R$ 5,480 not including benefits.
At the top of the career, the server can receive a salary of up to R$ 6,122.95. The benefits provided by the agency include a meal allowance of R$ 55 per day, equivalent to R$ 1,210 for 22 working days per month, transportation assistance of R$ 176, health assistance of R$ 370, childcare assistance of R$ 423 per child, where it is possible to include a maximum of two children, and qualification bonuses, of up to 12.5% more.
The advantage of this position is that there is the possibility to work in various sectors such as, for example, Distribution Registry or Criminal Court.
