Demand for the Public Competition
The authorization for the new public competition aligns with a request from the institution to the ministry in May. The request included a note demonstrating a significant deficit of personnel in the AGU, with a total of 2,300 open positions. Of these, 2,100 are directed to technical-administrative analysts, while 200 are allocated for information technology analysts.
Currently, the AGU’s staffing reveals a discrepancy, as there are only 1,272 administrative staff in permanent positions. The other professionals are organized among 73 in commissioned positions, 93 hired temporarily, and 3,068 requested by other agencies.
