Offshore Safety Technician
The Offshore Safety Technician position is aimed at professionals with technical training in the field and registration with MTE, as well as a valid CBSP certificate.
It is desirable to have previous experience in drilling units, as the role requires direct participation in QSMS meetings, incident investigations, and promoting safe practices aboard.
The professional will be responsible for monitoring critical operations, such as heavy load movements, tests on pressurized systems, handling radioactive and explosive materials, as well as work at heights and in confined spaces.
They will also conduct safety briefings for all employees boarding and disembarking from the unit.
Offshore Welder
The Offshore Welder position requires a completed high school education and an updated CBSP certificate.
Experience in welding in drilling units is considered an important advantage, as the role requires the ability to work with different materials and welding techniques in a marine environment.
The welder will be responsible for manufacturing structures and equipment, performing repairs, preparing surfaces, and inspecting welded joints to ensure compliance with technical standards.
They will also be expected to follow strict safety protocols in tasks involving oxyacetylene, grinding, and electric welding, as well as monitor the stock of necessary consumables for operations.
Offshore Machinery Marine
The position of Offshore Machinery Marine is intended for professionals with a completed high school education and the mandatory possession of a CIR (Registration and Enrollment Card) and the STCW III/4 certificate.
Experience in offshore drilling is valued, as the marine directly handles the operation of the machine room, monitoring pressures, temperatures, and levels of lubricant oil in the systems.
Among their responsibilities, they are to record daily operating conditions of the equipment, complete oil levels when necessary, and identify possible leaks or failures, reporting any issues immediately to avoid risks to operations.
Offshore Nurse
The position of Offshore Nurse requires a completed higher education degree in Nursing, in addition to updated certificates of ACLS, ITLS, CBSP, and a postgraduate degree in Occupational Nursing.
Experience in drilling units is considered a significant advantage.
This professional plays a crucial role in maintaining health onboard, providing emergency care, monitoring the medical condition of crew members, and keeping the company’s doctor informed of any health changes.
They are also responsible for applying biosafety protocols, executing complex nursing procedures, and promoting preventive health practices during the onboard period.
Offshore Platform Worker
The role of Offshore Platform Worker is aimed at candidates with a completed high school education and valid CBSP and introductory Well Control certificates.
Experience in drilling units is a differentiating factor that can enhance hiring chances.
The professional directly engages in drilling operations, assisting in the lowering and raising maneuvers of the BOP (Blowout Preventer), conducting inspections and basic maintenance on equipment, applying grease and lubricants, and ensuring the cleanliness and preservation of the deck.
Moreover, the platform worker is responsible for keeping the equipment in excellent condition, supporting the safety and efficiency of operations.
Offshore Electro-Technical
The Offshore Electro-Technical position requires a technical high school education in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, Automation, or Mechatronics, as well as valid CBSP and NR-10 certificates.
Previous experience in maintaining offshore equipment is a valued differential by Constellation.
Responsibilities include conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and electronic systems, troubleshooting, routine inspections, and supporting the repair of subsea BOP equipment.
The professional should work closely with supervisors and engineers, ensuring that all electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently.
