Intensive Training Promises to Open Doors in the Oil and Gas Sector
Constellation, an authority in offshore drilling in Brazil, in collaboration with Firjan SENAI Macaé and other industry partners, announced the opening of registrations for the second class of its free training program. Aiming to enrich the oil and gas market with qualified professionals, the program offers 40 spots for recent graduates of technical courses. Interested individuals have until January 31 to enroll in the program that promises to be a turning point in their professional careers.
This initiative, which represents a project of social responsibility, is fully funded by Constellation and its partners, reinforcing the companies’ commitment to technical development and employability in the sector. Students will be trained at the Firjan SENAI Macaé unit, located in Macaé (RJ), a significant hub for the offshore drilling industry.
Course Structure and Success Prospects
With a duration of three months, the course is designed to shape platform assistants, a crucial position at the beginning of a career in the offshore drilling industry. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in 220 hours of professional training, covering essential subjects such as oil well drilling, drilling techniques, as well as load handling safety and knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics.
