Engineering Assistant

Currently Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Knowledge of SAP
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
MS Project or Primavera

Cost Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering;
Postgraduate and/or Specialization;
Knowledge of costs in civil construction;
Knowledge in cash flow and financial forecasting;
Experience in the cost area of industrial projects and logistics warehouses;
Experience with cost control in direct or indirect billing, and contracting by global contract or PMG contract;
Knowledge about construction materials technology and construction systems;

Tax Assistant

Degree in Administration, Economics, or Accounting;
Proficiency in the SAP system
Taxes and Legal Environment (SPED fiscal and SPED accounting)
Knowledge of accounting;
Familiarity with municipal, state, and federal legislation;
Knowledge of tax bookkeeping for advisory obligations and input and output books
Tax refunds and tax legislation;
Understanding of legislation for legal and specific aspects of civil construction;
Proficient in Excel;
Understanding of the pension environment in civil construction;

Site Supervisor

Completed High School;
Reading of blueprints;
Waterproofing;
Crack treatment;
Finishes / Facades;
Safety Regulations;

Site Manager
