The equipment list present in the new BMW electric SUV includes items such as a panoramic roof, which electrically adjusts its transparency (a feature similar to the latest aircraft from Boeing to eliminate the need for blinds); an artificial intelligence (AI) system that records and learns the driver’s daily tasks; smartphone or smartwatch recognition as an alternative to conventional keys; a navigator with augmented reality (AR); and adaptive cruise control that can adjust to the driver’s conditions.
However, from another perspective, the BMW IX underwent special care to minimize harmful impacts on the environment, such as 50% aluminum already used and 60 kilograms of recycled plastics in the body; leather upholstery produced from olive extract; and carpets and mats made from fishing nets removed from the ocean. Based on this purpose, sustainability has even reached the traditional key, which has also become biodegradable.

In the high-end version, BMW delivered its latest electric SUV with 523 hp of power and 78 kgfm of torque, with an even faster acceleration of 4.6 seconds. Regarding the autonomy of the BMW IX vehicle, the xDrive40 can achieve up to 425 km on a single charge, while the xDrive50 version can travel 630 km under the same conditions. For both options, two chargers are included.
Additionally, the BMW IX electric SUV has another important advantage: it is spacious. Five people can comfortably fit inside the vehicle without any squeeze or discomfort, regardless of the travel distance. Due to the elevated floor, the second row of seats gives the feeling of being much more spacious. The model also features four ventilation openings for passengers in the back; an innovative individual air conditioning adjustment with four temperature options; four USB input ports; and a sound system with 30 speakers.
