Investment in the Marau 2 power substation
Finally, in relation to the investment made in the Marau 2 power substation, it can be said that the construction includes a general overview of 4,5km and a 138Kv distribution line equipped with two extremely powerful 15MVA transformers acting simultaneously.
In summary, the number of families covered by the substation reaches 5.720, extending to the municipalities of Vila Maria, Nicolau Vergueiro, Marau, Casca, Camargo, David Canabarro, Ciríaco, Santo Antônio do Palma and Gentil. It is also worth noting that Coprel only had a single feeder in Marau, but after the power substation it now has 4 new power supply systems, both with an operating voltage of 23Kv, which makes the system even more reliable.
