There are two open positions at Megasteam, one for a maintenance assistant in Cubatão, São Paulo to fulfill a 40-day shutdown contract and another for a Metrologist in São José dos Campos, and for both positions, professionals need to reside in the cities or nearby.

Megasteam is a service provider, technical assistance, and equipment inspection company. Focused mainly on the industrial segment, our company develops activities such as: equipment calibration, testing, maintenance, NR-13 inspection, non-destructive testing, commissioning, start-up, among others.

Maintenance Assistant (Maintenance Shutdown – Cubatão/SP)

Requirements: Reside in Cubatão (São Paulo) or nearby; Complete Secondary Education; Availability to work on weekends.
Activities: Experience in handling manual tools, sander, screwdriver, torch, etc.; Knowledge in preparation, blasting, and painting of parts; Knowledge in valves in general will be a differential (Control valve, safety valve, ball valve, gate valve, block valve, butterfly valve, among others).
40-day contract, meals provided at the company, working hours from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Metrologist

Requirements: Reside in São José dos Campos (São Paulo) or nearby; Completed Technical Education in Mechanics, Instrumentation, Electrical or Metrology, CNH B; Availability to work on weekends and occasional travel; Previous experience in the position; Previous experience in a calibration laboratory is required, plus: Knowledge in statistical calculations for the preparation of laboratory documents (calculation of measurement uncertainty, hysteresis, fundamental error, etc.); Calibration and testing certificate issuance system; Calibration of measurement instruments in the dimensional, temperature, pressure, and electricity areas; Intralaboratory and interlaboratory proficiency testing; Calibration control and standard testing; Analysis of calibration and testing certificates and reports; Control, release, and storage of standards.
