A historic call for DETRAN-SP: 400 vacancies will be filled by highly qualified professionals!

DMV of São Paulo has just announced news that is shaking the state: 400 vacancies will be filled by highly qualified professionals! This call for 200 State Traffic Agents and 200 State Traffic Officers, awaited since the 2019 competition, marks the advancement of transit services in Sao Paulo.

The current administration of Detran-SP, under the leadership of governor Tarcísio de Freitas, has stood out for its commitment to modernization and transparency. That call for professionals qualified is the result of a concerted effort between several state departments, including the Secretariat of Management and Digital Government and the Civil House.

The objective is clear: to offer an excellent public service, meeting the growing demands of SP society in an efficient and innovative way. This initiative also symbolizes overcoming challenges imposed by previous administrations, consolidating an important milestone in the history of Detran-SP.

Rigorous selection process

By incorporating these new traffic agents and officials, Detran-SP not only reinforces its staff, but also raises the quality standard of the services provided. The new team members were selected through a rigorous selection process, ensuring that only the most qualified and knowledgeable about the complexities of traffic in SP were part of the team. This approach ensures that the Detran-SP be equipped to face and overcome operational and administrative challenges, complying with laws and regulations and promoting a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.

Os summoned will play a crucial role in optimizing Detran-SP operations. Traffic Agents will focus on essential tasks such as carrying out practical driving tests and inspections, while Traffic Officers will focus on administrative support and digitization processes. This joint effort not only meets immediate operational needs, but also paves the way for a more proactive approach to promoting road safety and service efficiency. According to Eduardo Aggio, CEO of Detran-SP, this initiative is a decisive step towards innovation and continuous improvement in customer service.

DETRAN: call for those approved

With the summons completed, Detran-SP now begins the appointment process for new employees, which should be completed by December 20th. Those approved are encouraged to present the necessary documents to take up their positions via SEI, respecting established deadlines and procedures. Furthermore, those who choose not to take up the position must formalize their withdrawal.

This thorough and transparent process ensures that only the most dedicated and committed are part of the Detran-SP team, reinforcing the authority's commitment to integrity and transparency. This strategic movement by Detran-SP is a symbol of renewal, commitment to excellence and adaptation to future needs.
