The Positions Are for the July Recess Period with the Possibility of Regularization After the Period
DP World Santos, responsible for the operation of the Port of Santos, is offering 12 internship positions for higher education students in the fields of: administration, economics, logistics, psychology, information systems, information technology, among other areas.
Among the requirements set by the company, candidates must reside in the Baixada Santista, be 100% scholarship holders, and have an expected graduation date in 2023. The positions are also aimed at people with disabilities.

According to Karina Abreu, responsible for the internship project of the company, the positions are a great opportunity for young people to start a career at the Port of Santos. “The Vacation Internship program is a gateway to working at the Port of Santos, as it shows a positive balance of regularizations,” she explains.
The approved candidates will work in a hybrid format, with some tasks conducted in-person and others remotely.
In its 7th edition, the #NoTaboo project has already employed 155 professionals distributed across 39 sectors of the Santos port, the largest port in South America.

According to the latest survey conducted by IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics), there are currently 14.4 million unemployed individuals in Brazil. This shows that opportunities like those offered by DP World Santos are a financial solution in times of crisis.

The Port of Santos is the largest in Latin America and is one of the main responsible for the supply of goods in Brazil and the world. With its entire structure, the port allows for the movement of cargo for different types of goods, namely: bulk, solids, liquids, automobiles, and other categories of cargo.
Its significance accounts for 25% of the goods sent from Brazil to other countries.
In February, the Port of Santos registered a new record of cargo movement, reaching 10.9 million tons. This number represents a 2.5% increase compared to the same period last year.
