A +A Educação, the largest edtech for higher and professional education in Brazil, has 21 open positions for remote work in technology across different segments.

To apply for the positions at the edtech, professionals must register on the company’s job opportunities website. Among the benefits offered are educational assistance and up to 50% subsidy at partner educational institutions, health insurance, birthday day off, gym membership, and personal assistance, which provides employees with legal, psychological support, and even babysitting or locksmith services in emergencies, for example. The company received the GPTW seal, achieving an engagement rate of 82%, according to its employees’ feedback.

Edtech Invests Over R$ 100 Million in Innovation

The edtech has invested R$ 120 million in innovation since 2019, including the construction of its own content platform, development of educational technologies, and acquisition of six startups that complemented its portfolio. It currently has a technology department with over 150 specialist developers.

“We believe in the transformative power of education and that’s why we invest in technological solutions. In less than 4 years, we grew from 500 to 900 employees,” highlights Caroline Giron, HR director of +A Educação.

To materialize the integration of content, technology, and services, +A Educação inaugurated an immersion room in April of this year, where everyone at its headquarters in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, can experience learning experiences such as virtual labs, augmented reality, 360° and 3D videos.

“The immersion rooms materialize the creative and innovative potential that the technology teams develop to enhance the learning experience of thousands of students across Brazil. It’s also an opportunity to contribute to our entire ecosystem and suggest improvements,” explains Giron.
