Half of the Graduates of the Suzano and Senai Course Will Be Hired in Ribas do Rio Pardo, a City That Receives a New Cellulose Factory from the Company

The Suzano cellulose industry opened 250 positions for four vocational training courses in Ribas do Rio Pardo, in the central region of Mato Grosso do Sul, where the company will build its new factory. The training will be conducted in partnership with Senai (National Service for Industrial Learning), and registrations will remain open until August 30. Details of the Courses Offered by Suzano in Partnership with Senai

The training courses from Suzano in partnership with Senai will be held in Ribas do Rio Pardo, from Monday to Friday, with 8 hours of daily training, including practical and theoretical classes. Among the benefits offered to interested individuals are a scholarship in the amount of R$ 350, meals, and a professional training certificate. For individuals from other cities who are interested in applying and may be selected, the company will also provide accommodation in housing.

Elaine Maria Dias, Human Resources Coordinator at Suzano, says that one of the most significant contributions of building the new cellulose factory in Ribas do Rio Pardo is socioeconomic development, driven by job creation, income, and professional qualification. Of the total participants in the courses, Suzano expects to hire about 50% to work in its forestry operations in Ribas do Rio Pardo.
