Supply Contract Administrator
Some of the responsibilities:
- Manage national and international suppliers of varying complexities and interface with all areas involved in the supply chain;
- Analyze the supplier market, map risks and opportunities, and outline procurement strategies;
- Conduct bidding processes, proposal analysis, and commercial negotiation;
- Identify and implement cost reduction actions;
- Draft, negotiate, and formalize agreements, update and manage supply contracts with suppliers of varying complexities;
Customer Support Engineer
Some of the responsibilities:
- Focal point / interface for internal and external customers;
- Provides customers with engineering, technical consulting, applicable service solutions, and determines corrective actions to be implemented, as well as training in compliance with airworthiness and aviation regulations;
- Translates Customer needs and concerns into Embraer’s organizational/process language;
- Monitors, tracks, and provides responses and solutions to Customer issues.
- Ensures regular communication with the Customer organization to maintain a respectful relationship;
- Organizes and coordinates the “retrofit”;
Occupational Health Technician
- Screening of Treatments;
- Provide emergency and urgent care;
- All occupational medicine work (periodic exams and assistance to occupational doctors);
- Perform administrative activities arising from occupational medicine work (exam protocols, archiving documents, controlling deadlines and dates);
- Calls for work-related examinations;
- Pre-screening (before referring to the doctor);
- Assistance care.
