The Collections Analyst position at SuperSim offers an initial salary of R$ 1,641.00, plus a competitive monthly variable commission based on ranking, with earnings above market standards. Additionally, there is the possibility to work up to 40 paid overtime hours per month, although this is not mandatory.

The benefits package is robust, including the SuperSim Flex, with R$ 1,900 allocated to Meal/Food Vouchers, Home Office Assistance, Education Assistance, Health and Dental Insurance (SulAmérica) with no copayment, in addition to Life Insurance (Prudential) and access to Totalpass.
