The Brazilian company operates as a provider of technology solutions for companies looking to undergo digital transformation. According to Mirian Amaral, HR Director at Digisystem, the selection process for the IT positions will consist of in-person or online interviews that will deeply evaluate each candidate’s skills. The director also states that in the hybrid selection process, candidates will be interviewed by the Recruitment and Selection department and the technical team.
In some cases, an additional technical interview may be required to assess the candidate’s knowledge or to conduct technical tests. After the selection process for the IT positions in RJ, SP, and DF is completed, hired candidates will undergo training, where they can learn the skills of the role while working, with the assistance of other employees who have been in the company longer. Some training will be conducted in home office mode on the company’s platform.
Digisystem Invests In Opportunities
Currently, the company has more than 1,200 employees, with over half working in home office mode, which is expected to continue indefinitely. Mirian emphasizes that the company is monitoring the market and closely observing the demands of its clients.
Despite the pandemic causing various hurdles, the company has not stopped investing in new technologies and creating new job opportunities for qualified professionals.
In the last year, Digisystem generated more than 400 IT positions and other operational areas. With this new selection process, the estimate is that these 60 positions will be filled by the end of February.
