Portal Solar, A Franchise of Grupo Votorantim, Is Offering Various Job Vacancies in the Solar Energy Sector, and It Is Estimated That 2,000 Opportunities Will Be Generated This Year

One of the sectors with significant investment projections and consequently new job openings is solar energy, primarily due to the high generation potential of this source in the country. Portal Solar, one of the franchises of Grupo Votorantim, stated that it plans to expand its presence in the country by opening new franchises and generating numerous new jobs in the solar energy sector this year. According to the Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association (Absolar), last year the sector generated over 150,000 new jobs in the country, and investments in the source reached R$21 billion.

Franchise of Grupo Votorantim Has Sold 15,000 Solar Energy Systems

In its eight years operating in the solar energy sector, the franchise of Grupo Votorantim has sold about 15,000 clean energy systems through home-based franchises.

The estimate for this February is that Portal Solar will reach a milestone of 160 units. It is worth noting that each of these systems can generate up to five job vacancies, and it is expected that 2,000 vacancies will be generated by the end of this year due to the increase in the number of clients.
