Operator II – Crushing

Location: Paracatu, Minas Gerais.

Prerequisites:

• Knowledge in industrial operations;
• Possess a valid driver’s license “B”;
• Availability to work in shift regime.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate crushing;
• Support the control room operator, operate conveyor belts, cone crushers, and jaw crushers according to operational procedures in the crushing area at the beneficiation plant during your working hours, in accordance with the guidance and schedules from the immediate superior;
• Inspect the equipment, assess mechanical and electrical functions and physical integrity, notify the immediate superior when detecting anomalies and contact the maintenance team in cases requiring intervention;
• Monitor and act to correct variables in the processes in which you operate, according to operational procedures;
• Execute the organization and cleaning of the equipment and areas for which you are responsible, according to operational procedures;
• Record the receipt and consumption of inputs in your area according to instructions from supervision.

Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician I

Location: Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais.

Prerequisites:

• Technical education in Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Automation;
• Knowledge of the Office Suite;
• Required knowledge: knowledge and experience with inverters, frequency converters, PLCs, MCCs, SEP, instrumentation, and automation;
• Comply with and disseminate the SSMA and 7S unit standards;
• Desirable registration with the Class Council and mandatory NR10 certification.

Some of the Main Responsibilities:

• Receive Maintenance Orders (MOs) to be executed in the area, and when necessary, other complementary information from the leader or technical support to ensure timely maintenance of equipment and machines according to operational standards;
• Check compliance with your daily maintenance schedule, immediately reporting to the responsible leader or technical support any cases where you have not succeeded in releasing equipment and machines;
• Execute scheduled or corrective maintenance to successfully comply with the MO and safety, environmental, and occupational health procedures;
• Assist in reporting the activities you executed and time spent on the Maintenance Order and in SAP, recording information about equipment breakdowns in specific forms.

Internship in Management and Performance

Location: Vazante, Minas Gerais.

Prerequisites:

• Courses: Position for students of Administration, Mining Engineering, Production Engineering, and Environmental Engineering;
• Graduation date: between December 2023 and December 2024;
• PowerBI;
• Knowledge in Financial Mathematics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the management of contract management system documentation;
• Assist facilitators with the management system and tools;
• Monitor adherence to the management system;
• Prepare reports and presentations about the management system;
• Conduct critical data analysis;
• Participate in internal and external audits;
• Support in dealing with deviations;
• Assist in leading the improvement program linked to the PDCA.
