Ulefone Armor 34 Pro Model Features 150 Lumens Projector With Autofocus, 25,500 mAh Battery, High-Resolution Cameras, and Resistance to Drops, Water, and Extreme Temperatures.
A company has just unveiled a smartphone that draws attention for its unusual specifications. The device comes with a built-in projector boasting 150 lumens and a high-capacity battery, with an impressive 25,500 mAh.
Rugged smartphones are not typically the most beautiful or lightweight. They are designed to withstand drops, water, dust, and extreme conditions. Now, Ulefone takes this concept to another level with the launch of the Armor 34 Pro.
The new model offers a combination of durability, long-lasting battery, and an integrated portable projector, providing unprecedented features in the segment.

The Company Behind The Launch
Founded in 2012, Ulefone is based in Shenzhen and presents itself as one of the largest global manufacturers of high-quality mobile devices and accessories.
The brand is mainly known for its Armor line of rugged smartphones and tablets. These devices have gained traction in the tech community for offering durability and specific functionalities for those who work or venture in challenging environments.

Powerful Battery and Fast Charging
The Armor 34 Pro hits the market with a 25,500 mAh battery. Although it may not be the largest in the segment, its autonomy is impressive.
According to the manufacturer, the device can remain on standby for 1,380 hours, make calls for 138 hours, or play videos for up to 33 hours on the 6.95-inch screen.
The display has an FHD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,460 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a maximum brightness of 600 nits, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Additionally, the device offers 10 W reverse charging, allowing energy sharing with other devices. When it needs to be recharged, the Armor 34 Pro supports wired fast charging of 66 W. However, it does not support wireless charging.
Auto-Focus Projector: Pocket Cinema
The standout feature of the Armor 34 Pro is its built-in projector. While some rugged phones already include this functionality, Ulefone’s new model advances in this regard.
While competitors usually offer 100 lumens of brightness, the Armor 34 Pro’s projector reaches 150 lumens.
It also features autofocus, manual vertical keystone correction, and an adjustable projection angle, allowing for images up to 100 inches diagonally.
The projector’s resolution is 854 x 480 pixels, which may lead users to opt for smaller projection sizes to ensure image quality.
Activation occurs via a dedicated side button. Thus, the projector can be used in various situations, such as outdoor movie screenings, work meetings, or document sharing in the field.
To accompany the audiovisual experience, the device has a speaker rated at 98 dB. If preferred, users can connect external Bluetooth speakers for an even better sound quality.
Proven Durability in Extreme Environments
As the Armor name suggests, the 34 Pro is designed to endure severe conditions. It meets MIL-STD-810H standards and has IP68 and IP69K certifications.
In practice, this means the smartphone can operate submerged for up to 30 minutes at a depth of 2 meters, resist drops from 1.5 meters, and withstand dust and extreme temperatures ranging from -30 °C to 55 °C.
To maintain performance even under thermal stress, the device features two 1,300 rpm fans that aid in cooling the internal components.
High-Level Performance and Storage
The Armor 34 Pro’s processor is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, equipped with an integrated GPU and AI capabilities.
The RAM is 16 GB LPDDR5, with the possibility of adding another 16 GB in virtual memory. Internal storage is 512 GB UFS 3.1, expandable with a microSD card of up to 2 TB.
Complete Camera Setup
In terms of photography, the smartphone does not disappoint. The rear setup includes a 50-megapixel main camera with a 1/1.3-inch sensor and F1.95 aperture, a 50 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 64 MP night vision camera.
The latter uses four infrared LEDs and the proprietary NightElf 3.0 system, which promises clearer night images, even at greater distances.
Despite its good low-light performance, the model does not offer the advanced night vision features found in other specialized brands, such as FossiBot. On the front, the selfie camera has 32 MP and records videos in 1080p resolution.
Extra Features for Emergency Situations
The Armor 34 Pro also comes with a camping lantern with an impressive 1,000 lumens, distributed across 585 LEDs. The lantern features multiple lighting modes, including SOS and emergency alert with red and blue lights.
Connectivity is also extensive: support for 5G networks, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.4, in addition to compatibility with multiple satellite navigation systems, such as GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, QZSS, and NAVLC.
Operating System and Unique Connectors
The device comes with Android 15 pre-installed, with Ulefone promising to keep the system clean, without excessive pre-installed applications. The smartphone also features a 3.5 mm headphone jack, something increasingly rare in today’s smartphones. There’s also a uSmart expansion connector, compatible with endoscopes, microscopes, and other specific accessories.
The smartphone will be available for purchase starting June 16. The official price has not yet been disclosed by the manufacturer. However, the AliExpress website already lists the model for US$ 1,200, positioning it in the premium range within the rugged smartphone segment.
