The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience with port operations, both onshore and offshore. In addition, the requirements for this professional are:

• All qualifications for IRATA N1 and/or N2 are up to date. 
• Training in CBPS and HUET. Additionally, NR-33, NR-34, and NR-35 are required.
• Proficiency in computer skills for creating reports and spreadsheets. 
• Intermediate English for speaking and writing is also desirable by the institution. 

Among the daily functions of this professional, the following can be mentioned: 

• Technical knowledge focused on hose maintenance and repairs. 
• Experience with occupational safety. 
• Fabrication and testing of hoses.
