Sistac, a leader in the inspection, maintenance, and repair segment offshore in the oil and gas industry in Brazil, is opening a job vacancy for a control and planning analyst in Rio de Janeiro. The company provides services through access with support vessels, divers, climbers, riggers, and ROVs.

The company offers many services, such as non-destructive testing (NDT), inspection, maintenance, and repairs on assets and hard-to-reach locations using professional diving, industrial climbing, and ROV techniques. It conducts inspections of hulls, moorings, and structures for class inspections of vessels.

Responsible for:

Database management
Creation, maintenance, updating, standardization;
Interface with operational areas for database updates;
Development and integration of different databases;
Preparation of data capture forms;
Support for management presentations;
Preparation of management reports;
Creation and updating of indicators.

Prerequisites:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics;

– Advanced Excel (will be tested);

– VBA or another programming language;

– Power BI (will be considered an asset).
