Approved candidates for the job openings will undergo a theoretical assessment. At the end of Eneva’s program at the UTE Pecém II thermal power plant, those who achieve the best results will be hired and compensated by the company, occupying job positions as Technical Trainee, participating in the practical phase of the qualification program at the Pecém II Thermal Power Plant in São Gonçalo do Amarante, in the metropolitan region of Fortaleza (CE).
The remaining participants will be part of a pool of opportunities for future openings at Eneva’s operational units across the country, located in the states of Amazonas, Ceará, Maranhão, and Roraima.

Get to Know Eneva and the UTE Pecém II Thermal Power Plant
Eneva is the only private power generation company with access to onshore gas and experience in E&P. Furthermore, the company operates in one of the largest thermal complexes generating energy with natural gas in the country, the Parnaíba Complex, and also operates in coal-fired thermal generation at Pecém II and Itaqui.
The UTE Pecém II power plant is located in the Pecém Thermal Complex, in the city of São Gonçalo do Amarante. The plant is powered by mineral coal and uses the Pecém port to acquire the input used in energy production.
The thermal power plant has a capacity of 365 MW and significantly contributes to the energy supply of the state, as well as being responsible for an essential portion of the supply to the Northeast subsystem of the SIN.
