According to the Fire Department, early in the morning, in downtown Ubá, on Avenida Cristiano Rocas, a building was at risk of being hit. Around 6:30 AM, there were suspicions of residents inside the residence.

On Rua Dona Maria, also in the central region, the water level rose rapidly, leaving people stranded. Employees and elderly individuals needed to be rescued. Another report indicated a gas leak.
