Approximately 2 Million Reais Will Be Invested in Education and the Project for Inserting These Students into the Job Market
Initially, approximately 2 million reais will be invested in education and the project for inserting these students into the job market. The courses with Employment Guarantee are also open to students outside the scholarship program. In this model, the investment can be made in up to 24 installments on the credit card or with a boleto. If after six months of completing the course, the student does not enter the chosen profession, Awari will refund the full course amount.

In a fully remote format, the courses include live classes, Q&A sessions, exclusive lectures, and individual mentoring with experienced professionals with backgrounds at renowned companies such as Apple, Disney, Nubank, Rappi, IBM, and Hospital Sírio-Libanês. “We created an exclusive format with a lot of practical learning so that our students can enter the technology market already prepared for the most common challenges in their future professions,” says Muniz.
The school also cares about the recruitment process. A few weeks before the course ends, the placement team will understand and help the student define their short, medium, and long-term goals. From this, Awari identifies the ideal company profile by evaluating, for example, the size of the company, segment, and style of internal culture. Then, the team works in partnership with the student to develop the resume, LinkedIn profile, and a complete portfolio. And, of course, guides each student on how to prepare for interviews with valuable tips regarding the most common questions and technical cases at this stage.
How to Participate in Awari’s Scholarship Program
To apply for the scholarship, interested parties must be over 18 years old, have internet access, a monthly income below R$1,500, and an interest in working in the field. In addition, the selection process also requires the completion of a logic test and a practical challenge.
The application period is until the first week of October, while classes will start in the second week of the same month. The vacancies are limited and the hiring guarantee is assured for students who complete the course with satisfactory performance.
Registration: The first class will start in the last quarter of 2021. Interested individuals can register at this link
