Rio+Saneamento, part of the Águas do Brasil Group, has opened 37 positions for the Young Apprentice Program. High school students or graduates can apply until February 28.

The municipalities offering the positions are: Rio de Janeiro, Bom Jardim, Carapebus, Carmo, Itaguaí, Macuco, Natividade, Paracambi, Pinheiral, Piraí, Rio Claro, Rio das Ostras, São Fidélis, São José de Ubá, Seropédica, Sumidouro, Trajano de Moraes, and Vassouras. Young individuals interested in becoming apprentices must meet certain requirements to participate in the selection process. It is necessary to be between 16 and 22 years old, have completed high school or be currently enrolled, possess basic knowledge of the Office suite (Word, spreadsheets, email), and have all documentation in order. Those who have previously been a young apprentice at the company cannot participate.

Administrative occupation with a 6-hour workday. Registration is online, and the approved candidates undergo a group dynamic with the company’s HR, an interview with managers, and the submission of required personal documents. Those who are approved receive a salary, transportation allowance, and meal or food allowance.

In the capital and the metropolitan region, the City Hall of Rio has 597 job openings at various education levels. There are also 25 internship positions in fields such as Biological Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Law, and Human Resources Management.

Salaries range from R$ 600 to R$ 3,539.20. Not only that, but the State Secretary of Labor and Income has compiled 4,048 job opportunities that can reach up to R$ 6,500.

There are positions available offered by the National Employment System (Sine) and by the Mais Trabalho RJ app, from pharmacy assistants to metalworkers. To apply for these positions or update one’s registration, it is necessary to bring personal documents such as civil identification, work card, PIS/Pasep/NIT/NIS, and CPF to a Sine unit. Internship

Students have the opportunity to find excellent internship positions through the Integrated Company-School Center (CIEE) and the Mudes Foundation. CIEE offers 1,202 open positions, mainly for courses such as Administration, Economic Sciences, IT, Education, and Marketing. In this way, there are 497 positions reserved for high school and technical students. The 11 participating cities are: Barra Mansa, Campos, Duque de Caxias, Macaé, Niterói, Nova Friburgo, Nova Iguaçu, Petrópolis, Resende, Rio de Janeiro, Três Rios, and Teresópolis.

The Mudes Foundation also offers 232 internship positions with stipends that can reach R$ 2,000. There are positions in the fields of Administration (90), Engineering (50), and Social Communication (57).
