What is the Trilhas Inova Program?
The Trilhas Inova is part of a larger initiative by the Government of Maranhão, aimed at training professionals in strategic areas of technology through a Distance Education (EaD) platform.
The courses are entirely online, allowing students to train without having to leave home. In addition to on-demand content, students will face practical challenges and develop an entrepreneurial mindset, which enhances their chances of employability.
How Do the Courses Work?
The courses are organized in a bootcamp format, an immersive model that focuses on developing practical and specific skills for the current job market.
The learning paths include ‘hands-on’ activities, providing training focused on real results and preparation to face the sector’s challenges.
List of Free Courses and Available Slots
The program offers 500 slots divided into five high-demand areas. Each course has a syllabus focused on the main technologies currently used:
- Front-end Programming – 125 slots, 300-hour certificate. Students will learn HTML, CSS, Git, GitHub, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Node JS, among other tools.
- Back-end Programming – 125 slots, 300-hour certificate. The content includes HTML, CSS, Git, GitHub, JavaScript, Node JS, PostgreSQL, Docker, Python, among other technologies.
- Game Programming – 50 slots, 300-hour certificate. Focused on game design, Python, Unity, Blender, among other topics.
- User Experience (UX) Design – 100 slots, 300-hour certificate. The course covers topics such as UX strategy, user experience mapping, and screen prototyping.
- Data Science – 100 slots, 300-hour certificate. Students will learn algorithms, programming logic, Python, statistics, and machine learning.
Who Can Apply?
To participate, it is necessary to meet some basic requirements. According to the notice, those who:
- Are 16 years or older.
- Are currently enrolled or have completed high school (in a public school or with a full scholarship in a private school) or are currently enrolled or have completed a degree at a public university.
- Reside in the state of Maranhão.
- Have a computer with internet access, as classes will be entirely online.
Registrations for the courses started on September 10, 2024 and will run until October 18, 2024. The process is entirely digital and free of charge.
Interested individuals must fill out the online form and submit scanned documents such as ID, CPF, proof of education, and residence.
How Will the Selection Process Work?
The selection process will consist of an online testing phase, with objective questions on logic, Portuguese, basic English, and technical questions related to the course chosen by the candidate.
According to the notice, all tests will be conducted online, and candidates will receive instructions directly in their registered emails.
