The contract is for a fixed term, with an approximate duration of 21 months, in accordance with the usual practice of apprenticeship programs, respecting the specific legislation of the sector.
Professional Inclusion and Program Requirements
The selection is exclusively aimed at people with disabilities, as highlighted in the official announcement.
The initiative is part of the institution’s inclusion policy, which seeks to expand the participation of this group in corporate and educational environments, providing structured learning and support conditions.
As this is a Young Apprentice position, there is no requirement for prior experience.
The process is directed to those seeking their first job or an opportunity to enter the job market with educational support.
The educational requirement is to have high school in progress at the time of application.
Apprentice Activities at Senac Bauru
In the daily routine of the unit, the apprentice will have direct contact with various internal areas.
The work will be distributed among administrative and technical sectors, educational secretariat, library, and operational support to teachers.
Among the expected tasks are support for customer service routines, document organization, assistance with academic flows, and collaboration in activities that support classes and services offered by the unit.
This participation in different fronts allows the young person to develop a broader view of the functioning of a medium-sized educational institution with a strong regional presence.
By combining administrative activities with the educational environment, the program aims to strengthen competencies related to organization, responsibility, interpersonal relationships, and understanding of institutional processes.
Valued Behavioral Competencies
In addition to the formal requirements, Senac emphasizes the importance of behavioral competencies aligned with the institution’s values.
Desired characteristics include self-leadership, good communication, results-oriented focus, ability to innovate, and willingness to work in services related to education.
Also mentioned as differentiators are awareness of sustainability and the ability for collaborative work, as the apprentice will interact with teams from different sectors.
These competencies are developed both in practical activities and in theoretical classes of the learning course, composing an integrated training pathway.
Weekly Workload and Training Structure
The weekly workload is 24 hours, divided between theoretical training and practical professional experience.
According to the schedule provided, the apprentice will have 4 hours of theoretical class per week, held on Wednesdays, from 8 AM to 12 PM.
The remaining 20 hours correspond to practical learning at the Senac Bauru unit.
These activities will take place on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 8 AM to 1:15 PM, with a 15-minute break included within the working hours.
The institution informs that this schedule may undergo minor adjustments, especially due to the organization of the learning course classes.
Any changes, however, must respect the limits set by the apprenticeship legislation regarding working hours and the balance between theory and practice.
Workplace and Talent Pool
The work location will be the Senac Bauru unit, located at Rua Engenheiro Saint Martin, quadra 10, in the city center, ZIP 17010-150.
The location facilitates access by different means of transportation and encompasses a large part of the program’s activities.
Another relevant point of the selection process is the formation of a talent pool.
Candidates approved in the selection stages but who are not immediately called for this specific position may be considered for future opportunities in the same unit or other units in the region.
This utilization may occur within a period of up to 24 months after the end of the process.
This provision increases the chances of being summoned throughout the period, especially for those who fit the required profile and have already gone through the evaluation stages but were not called immediately due to limited vacancies.
Limited Registrations and Participation Criteria
Registrations are open from December 8 to December 14, 2025, but the practical end of resume reception may occur before this date.
This is because Senac has set a technical limit of 50 applicants for resume analysis.
As soon as the system registers the 50th resume submitted for the position, the announcement will be automatically taken offline, even if the official period has not ended.
Only candidates who have their resume previously registered in Senac’s recruitment system and who correctly apply for the position code provided will be considered.
Resumes sent by email or by other means not through the institution’s official portal will not be included in the selection and will not be evaluated.
