Basic Wine Course
The first class is scheduled to start on April 7 in the afternoon from Monday to Friday. The second class is set to begin on April 12 in the morning on Saturdays. Interested individuals must be over 18 years old and have incomplete elementary school II.
In this free technical course at Senac, candidates will learn the main characteristics of the beverage, how to serve and pair wines with food, fill out tasting sheets, among other skills.
Customer Service Quality
Set to start on April 14 in the evening from Monday to Friday, the prerequisites include being over 16 years old and having completed elementary school. This program aims to enhance professional techniques for optimizing and improving the quality of customer service processes.
Human Resources Assistant
Set to start on April 14 in the evening from Monday to Friday, this course requires participants to be over 15 years old and have completed or be enrolled in high school. This course aims to teach how to assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, in preparing job descriptions and salary structures, as well as in quality and workplace safety actions.
