The Technical School Support Foundation (Faetec) is offering thousands of openings for those seeking free courses entirely online. In total, the agency linked to the Department of Science, Technology, and Innovation announced the opening of 5,070 spots in free Distance Learning Professional Qualification courses, in partnership with the Cecierj Foundation.

List of Free Online and Distance Learning Courses Offered by Faetec

In total, there will be 13 options of courses with an average duration of 20 weeks. The courses are as follows:

Work Safety Manager;
Corporate Event Organization;
ESG Sustainability Agent;
Financial Administration of Working Capital and Cash Flow;
Administrative Assistant;
Marketing Assistant;
Production Assistant;
Auxiliary in Financial Market Analyses;
Consumer Law for Entrepreneurs;
Auxiliary in Controllership;
Human Resources Assistant;
Electronic Spreadsheets – From Basic to Advanced;
Receptionist.

It is important to remember that each course has specific requirements, and interested candidates should stay alert. For the free Human Resources Assistant course at Faetec, for example, the requirements are a minimum age of 16 years, completed elementary education II, among others.

How to Enroll in Free Online Courses?

Enrollment for the free Distance Learning courses will be open until July 10, and to apply, candidates must be at least 16 years old and have an educational level that varies according to the desired course, which may be completed elementary education or completed high school.

Each candidate may enroll in up to two course options. The selection process for the free Distance Learning courses will be conducted through a draw, which will take place on July 11, and the selected candidates will have their enrollments done automatically, having to scan and send the necessary documents to the email provided in the notice within the stipulated deadline. It is recommended that interested individuals check all available requirements in the notice.

According to Faetec’s president, Caroline Alves, the opening of this notice with thousands of openings in the Distance Learning modality will further enhance the professional lives of all those seeking a quality qualification. The manager emphasizes that this is a new opportunity for those looking to qualify.

The free online courses are another option for the Faetec audience to advance professionally and achieve their goals. João Carrilho, president of the Cecierj Foundation, highlighted the partnership between the institutions to provide yet another training project to the population of RJ.

The winners are the residents of the state, who will have the chance to take a Distance Learning course through two important educational institutions that join efforts and skills in yet another professional qualification offer.
