The distance between the points is almost four kilometers, which leads to the calculation that became the center of the discussion: traveling this stretch in just 25 seconds would require the Fiat Uno to reach speeds that even Formula 1 cars do not achieve.
The vehicle owner expresses indignation, stating that he does not know of any car of that category capable of achieving such performance.
He jokingly says that, for this speed, the car should have been registered as an aircraft or perhaps found space to take off.
Despite the absurdity, his appeal requesting the annulment of the fines was denied. He comments that even after waiting three years for a response, the authorities did not accept his arguments.
Itamar emphasizes that if he had received just one fine or two with a longer interval, he would have been willing to accept it. However, someone who uses the highway knows that the car does not reach the limit suggested by the records.
