Selection Process
The selection process for this vacancy at FIEMT consists of six eliminatory stages, designed to comprehensively assess the candidates’ competencies. Mid-Level Specialist – (Audiovisual) – Cuiabá/MT
The hired professional will play a central role in the audiovisual area of the institution. Among the main responsibilities are the maintenance, review, operation, and configuration of equipment for capturing, editing, and sound. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating content production in various formats (institutional, educational, promotional), managing teams and outsourced workers, and overseeing the entire process from capture to project completion, always ensuring technical and aesthetic quality. Additionally, they must master editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and After Effects), assist in the development of artistic projects, analyze and curate audiovisual projects submitted to the FIEMT System, and cover events and forums of the entity.

Job Requirements
To apply for the job vacancy, it is essential to have a Complete Higher Education in Audiovisual Production, Social Communication, Advertising and Propaganda, Marketing, Cinema, or related areas. FIEMT requires experience in creating and managing cultural projects in the audiovisual area, project analysis and curation, and teamwork. Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition), image capture techniques, editing, production for digital media, script and lighting basics, and photography is necessary. The candidate must also have knowledge of cultural policies, audiovisual legislation, and the streaming market (VOD), as well as hold a valid Class B Driver’s License and be available for travel and to work on weekends.
Job Benefits
The hiring is under the CLT (Effective) regime, with a salary set at R$ 5,335.67 for a weekly workload of 40 hours, with a hours bank. The work model is in-person in Cuiabá (MT), with working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
