The multinational is looking for students without experience from São Paulo, Salvador, Tatuí (SP), and Camaçari (BA) for various teams within the company. Most professionals hired for the positions will work directly with the Product Development and Technology Center of the multinational, while the rest will work from home, that is, in the comfort of their own homes.

The internship program lasts up to two years and includes areas such as Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Design, Computer Science, Law, Marketing, Engineering, Psychology, Advertising, and Information Systems. Students without experience who wish to participate in the selection process for internship positions at Ford must have their graduation expected for December of this year.
It is also necessary that interested candidates who will not work in the home office modality reside in São Paulo (SP), Salvador (BA), and their respective metropolitan areas. Additionally, candidates must be available to intern for 6 hours a day, which amounts to 30 hours a week, and the expectation is that Ford’s program will start its activities in July of this year.
