Foresea Reveals Its New Visual Identity and Establishes Itself as a Giant in the Ultra-Deep Water Drilling Sector in Brazil

Launching a New Brand and Concept, Foresea Takes a Step Forward in the Oil and Gas Industry

Emerging from the recent restructuring of the former Drilling Unit of Ocyan S.A., Foresea appears as a new force in the oil and gas sector. The company now reveals its visual identity, reflecting a strong intention to connect with the culture of the industry. As a newcomer, Foresea positions itself as one of the largest operators of ultra-deep water drilling assets in the country, boasting a contract portfolio in Brazil equivalent to US$ 2.4 billion.

A Strong Concept and Strategic Partnerships Shape Foresea’s New Image

The new brand adopts the slogan “FORESEA: We Open Paths to the Energy That Moves the World,” aiming to position itself as the channel for deep-water energy. The creative process was led by Interbrand, a global leader in branding consulting. From this new concept, several initiatives were developed, including advertising campaigns and digital marketing executed by OZ3, public relations coordinated by CDN Comunicação, and a manifesto video produced by Kiwi Produções as follows:

The Formation of the Name and the Choice of Visual Elements

The formation of the Foresea brand comes from the English verb “foresee” combined with the word “sea,” evoking one who knows the sea well enough to anticipate what happens in it. The visual identity features a color palette in two shades of blue and one shade of green, symbolizing the sea, the depth of the waters, and energy. The graphic elements of the logo, arranged both horizontally and vertically, reinforce the idea of progress, evolution, and access to energy through drilling.

The experience of Foresea’s new identity proposes a “precise dive into the now” and aims to highlight the sensations of being “Specialist,” “Explorer,” “Partner,” and “Precise.”

We are the path to energy in deep waters,” declares Hygo Santos, Director of People & Management, who is also responsible for the company’s Communication.
