Paulo Nogueira

Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Education, or Physical Education. Specializations in Assistance, Development, Projects, Management, or Social Education are considered a plus.
Experience and Skills: Proven experience in assistance institutions, ability to organize events and manage social projects, and possess a National Driver’s License (CNH) category B.

Main Responsibilities

The selected professionals will have the following responsibilities:

Develop and Evaluate Activities: Organize and supervise assistance activities, in addition to managing technical projects.
Establish Partnerships: Maintain close contact with parents, students, and volunteers, and organize community events.
Manage Projects: Control budgets, monitor performance indicators, and ensure the effectiveness of social actions.
